Directions

The building is located 3 blocks east of Lincoln, near Costco, on the north side of the street on Washington Blvd. It’s a beautiful old Victorian Building. This area is also known as Marina Del Rey-adjacent.

From the 405: exit 90 freeway west, turn right onto Lincoln which is at the end of the freeway, right on Washington Blvd. The building is on the left side between Walgrove Avenue & Redwood Avenue.

OR

From the 405: exit Venice Blvd, towards the ocean, turn left on Walgrove and left on Washington and we are on the left-hand side of the street.

Parking

Parking is available on the street, some metered, some not. Please read the signs. There is also parking on Redwood, Walgrove and Beech Ave, which runs parallel to Washington Blvd, just one block south of Redwood.
